My husband theTailor

I do not have the skills of a tailor or seamstress.

My husband does have these mad skills.

I think I will add him to my studio.

This is his vest, in the making,  for a pirate invasion at the upcoming Port Canaveral Sea Food Fest.

off topic- but wish to share-finding your way around a new place

Just Moved?

In need services such as notary copies or fax?

1st off if you bought a house or property in your new place the title company you will be sitting at to sign documents can do all of these tasks for you for free or little of a fee. Befriend the company they will gladly help you out forever! I know this because I worked at my mother's title company for almost 10years. Even if you did not buy property or a house you can still walk in any title company and ask for the services such as notary, copies, faxing.

What does a title company do?
A title company makes sure that the title to a piece of real estate is legitimate and then issues title insurance for that property. Title insurance protects the lender and/or owner against lawsuits or claims against the property that result from disputes over the title.Title companies also often maintain escrow accounts — these contain the funds needed to close on the home — to ensure that this money is used only for settlement and closing costs, and may conduct the formal closing on the home. At the closing, a settlement agent from the title company will bring all the necessary documentation, explain it to the parties, collect closing costs and distribute monies. Finally, the title company will ensure that the new titles, deeds and other documents are filed with the appropriate entities. Here’s what potential home buyers need to know about title insurance.--quoted from http://www.zillow.com/mortgage-learning/title-company/
